Caregiver Assisted Living

This part-time evening or full-time overnight Caregiver role is with Belmont Village Senior Living at an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Sunnyvale, California. The position provides hands-on support to senior residents on shifts of part-time 2:30pm-10:45pm or full-time 10:30pm-6:45am. A C.N.A. license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, reporting observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
