Caregiver Assisted Living

This full-time Caregiver role at Belmont Village Senior Living supports seniors in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Dallas, Texas. The position follows a 2:30pm-10:45pm schedule on a 4 days on/2 days off rotating pattern that includes weekends. Prior experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
