LVN Charge Nurse

The LVN Charge Nurse role is a full-time position with Belmont Village Senior Living in Dallas, Texas. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm and Saturday through Sunday from 6:30am to 11:00pm at a senior living community. The position centers on medication administration, clinical oversight of residents, and coordination with physicians and care teams in a long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on physician orders, coordinate ancillary services, and report changes in resident condition to physicians and families
• Administer medications to an assigned group of residents per physician orders and document any adverse reactions or observations
• Oversee medication technicians and caregivers to ensure resident care and service plans are followed
• Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports
• Support regulatory compliance, wellness initiatives, and quality monitoring activities

Requirements

• Active LVN or LPN license in Texas
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Minimum one year of medication administration experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
