Caregiver Assisted Living

Belmont Village Senior Living operates an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in West Lake Hills, Texas. The Caregiver role supports seniors with daily living needs on a full-time schedule of 2:30pm-10:45pm that rotates to include weekends and holidays, or on a PRN basis covering 6:30am-2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm, or 10:30pm-6:45am shifts. Weekend availability is required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote resident socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Document daily care and services provided and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
