Caregiver Memory Care

Full-time and PRN Caregiver Memory Care positions are open at Belmont Village Senior Living in West Lake Hills, Texas. The role supports residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Full-time shifts run 2:30pm-10:45pm; PRN shifts cover 6:30am-2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm, or 10:30pm-6:45am. Walk-in interviews are held every Tuesday from 1pm-3pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Deliver hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care
• Document daily care and services provided and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain records using company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops
• Support resident participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being
• Follow standards for care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Successful completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
