Assisted Living Caregiver

Assisted Living Caregiver role at Belmont Village Senior Living, which owns and operates luxury senior living communities, based in Houston, Texas. The position supports residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings on shifts scheduled from 6:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 10:45 p.m., with weekends and holidays required as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support with Activities of Daily Living for a designated group of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Encourage resident involvement in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being standards
• Record daily care details accurately and notify supervisors of any resident status changes without delay
• Maintain compliance with care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards
• Assist residents with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence needs as required
• Focus on hospitality and resident satisfaction during all interactions

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Prior experience as a primary caregiver or completion of relevant care provider training
• CNA license not required but accepted, along with other qualifying caregiving experience
