Caregiver Memory Care

This Caregiver Memory Care role is based at a Belmont Village Senior Living community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services in Los Angeles, California. The position follows a rotating schedule of 4 days on and 2 days off. Team members deliver direct support to senior residents in a luxury senior living setting across multiple Los Angeles-area locations including Beverly Hills, Culver City, Santa Monica, and Westwood.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with activities of daily living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety protocols.
• Record daily care services in resident documentation and report status changes to supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards throughout shifts.
• Deliver hands-on support for toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as required.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a primary caregiver or completion of relevant care provider training.
