Value-based Staff Physician, part-time (Monday, Tuesday, Friday)

Overview

Value-based Staff Physician role to work 24 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.  Manage chronic conditions of a small high-risk geriatric panel with a supportive team structure.

Responsibilities

The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record

USD $120.00/Hr.
Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $128.00/Hr.
