As the Legal Partnerships Manager you will manage our relationships with law firms, investment banks, compliance consultants and other business partnerships globally.

Youll own the full partnership lifecycle, identifying high-value opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships that generate measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of business development, relationship management, and strategic planning.

Youll be responsible for identifying, structuring and growing partnerships that drive distribution of Carta Laws services - turning law firms, investment banks and compliance consultancy firms from potential competitors into active referral partners and collaborators.

If you have a background in law or legal services, understand how private markets firms and their advisors operate and are energised by the commercial side of the industry, this role is for you.

Youll be joining the Carta Law Sales team in London or Americas offices. Our team manages the full client lifecycle - from welcoming new clients through onboarding, to building deep, lasting relationships with established fund managers and their legal teams.
