Job Description

Affirm is reimagining consumer credit through transparent, flexible buy-now-pay-later financing. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Distribution Partnerships program—a high-leverage growth channel that enables merchant platforms to offer Affirm as a payment option, turning single integrations into access for thousands of merchants.

About the Role

The 1:Many Growth team owns Affirm's partnership strategy, expanding our reach through platform integrations rather than merchant-by-merchant onboarding. You'll take product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships while building scalable systems for future integrations. Success requires cross-functional collaboration with commercial, merchant risk, design, analytics, and engineering teams, combined with strong stakeholder navigation and a bias for execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own Affirm's partner portfolio—streamline merchant onboarding and simplify how platforms integrate Affirm as a payment method
  • Develop and execute a Partner Acceleration Strategy that establishes repeatable, durable capabilities to speed up future integrations and reduce duplicative problem-solving
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and scale integrations with payment and platform partners
  • Gather feedback from platform partners on product performance and merchant adoption to inform product direction
  • Define product features, requirements, and success metrics (OKRs) to improve outcomes for customers, partners, and merchants
  • Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team
  • Partner with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record building and scaling B2B partnerships or platform integrations
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational navigation skills
  • Outcomes-driven mindset with demonstrated bias toward action

Benefits

  • Remote work (US-based)
