Senior Product Manager, 1: Many Merchant Growth

Affirm is reinventing consumer credit through transparent, honest financing with flexible payment options and no hidden fees. We're building the 1:Many Growth team to scale Affirm's presence through strategic platform partnerships, enabling merchants to offer Affirm as a payment method at scale. This Senior Product Manager role oversees our Distribution Partnerships program—a high-leverage growth initiative that integrates once with a platform to reach every merchant on that ecosystem.

About the Role

The 1:Many Growth team operates one of Affirm's most impactful growth levers. Rather than integrating with merchants individually, this program creates single integrations with platforms, instantly expanding Affirm's reach to hundreds or thousands of merchants. You'll own the strategic direction, execution, and scaling of this portfolio while building durable capabilities that accelerate future partner launches.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Affirm's partner portfolio by reducing friction in merchant onboarding and increasing adoption of Affirm as a payment method across platform ecosystems.
• Lead product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships and oversee expansion of the broader platform partner portfolio.
• Develop and execute a Partner Acceleration Strategy that creates repeatable, scalable processes for partner integrations rather than solving problems in isolation.
• Collaborate with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering teams to define, launch, and scale partner integrations.
• Gather partner and merchant feedback on product performance and translate insights into growth opportunities.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Establish success metrics and OKRs to measure integration effectiveness and merchant growth impact.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and organizational teams
• Experience with platform integrations, payment products, or fintech ecosystems strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success defining repeatable processes and scaling operations
• Strong outcomes orientation with bias for action and ability to drive results with urgency
• Excellent stakeholder management and organizational navigation skills
