Okta's Identity Governance (OIG) organization is looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our Identity Administration team — a team that is directly responsible for one of the most critical and visible workflows in enterprise identity: how employees request, approve, and gain access to the resources they need.

Opportunity

As a Staff Engineer on the OIG Identity Administration team, you will be involved in development, design, and maintenance of our product to serve enterprise customers at scale. You will involve the development and evolution of our product features — spanning the across different identity entities and personas — and work collaboratively across engineering, product, and design to deliver features that are secure, scalable, and delightful to use.

• Lead the development of user-facing features for Identity Administration, from the UI components down to the API and data persistence layers.
• Partner closely with UX Designers and Product Managers to translate complex administrative workflows into simple, powerful user experiences.
