Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compensation, the Compensation Lead is a strategic partner to Pinterests Engineering and Product organizations — and a key player in how we attract, reward, and retain world-class talent.

In this role

, youll build consultative, trusted relationships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, proactively advising on complex compensation matters across the entire employee lifecycle. Youll bring data to life — combining deep analytics, market insights, and internal talent data to ensure Pinterests compensation practices stay competitive, equitable, and true to our compensation philosophy.
