Product Manager, Enterprise Software

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate Product Manager to join our Montreal or Longueuil office to grow our international Enterprise business. As the Product Manager for Enterprise Software, you will drive the development of new features on LUS’s full-stack micromobility platform. You will work on designing, implementing, and delivering features with a cross-functional software team, in close collaboration with other teams across LUS including hardware and software. You will collaborate with our commercial team to understand future opportunities, and ensure we have the right product line up for meeting our growth objectives. To support our broad existing customer base you will thrive at triaging & prioritizing customer requests by proposing the most scalable and reusable solutions. • Team up with other Enterprise PMs to define the long-term vision and strategy for Enterprise software products combining customer obsession with business impact.
• Work with engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive the development of the Enterprise software product roadmap and deliver impactful software features to our customers.
• Participate in large strategic Enterprise delivery programs by owning the scope and delivery of new cross-functional & complex functionalities.
• Dive deep with your development team, ensuring a thorough understanding and clear communication of each decision and trade-off, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
