CNA/LNA I-Full Time

This full-time CNA/LNA I position is with Vi Living at its Vi at Grayhawk senior living community located at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. The role supports licensed care staff in providing services to residents in a long-term care setting and includes participation in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff with a variety of clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents
• Support activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide dining and tray services
• Deliver escort services
• Measure and record vital signs and weights
• Complete other care-related duties as assigned
• Notify staff of resident condition changes
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities

Requirements

• Current state CNA or LNA certification
• Prior work experience as a CNA or LNA
• Current CPR and AED certifications
• Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Food handlers certification where required
• Certified Medical Technician or Certified Medication Aide certification where required
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn computer systems
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience working with geriatric clients preferred
