CNA/LNA I

The CNA/LNA I position is available at Vi at Highlands Ranch, a senior living community operated by Vi Living and located at 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. The role supports licensed care staff with resident services in this setting and participates in care team activities such as condition monitoring and quality improvement processes. Compensation is set at $23.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff with a variety of clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents
• Help residents with activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide dining and tray services
• Deliver escort services
• Record vital signs and weights
• Complete other care-related duties as assigned
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities
• Notify staff of changes in resident condition

Requirements

• Current state CNA certification
• Relevant experience in the role
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Current CPR and AED certifications
• Current First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification
• Food handlers certification where required
• Certified Medical Technician or Certified Medication Aide certification where required
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn computer systems
