CNA - Canvas by Vi

This Certified Nursing Assistant role supports residents in the memory support program at Vi at Highlands Ranch, a senior living community located at 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126. The position assists licensed care staff with clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents and participates in quality assessment activities. The pay range is USD $20.30 - $23.76 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff with activities of daily living for residents in memory support
• Perform light housekeeping, dining and tray services, and escort services
• Record vital signs and weights
• Complete other care-related duties as assigned
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities
• Notify staff of resident condition changes

Requirements

• Current state CNA certification
• Experience as a CNA
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications
• Current First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Food handlers certification where required
• Certified Medical Technician or Certified Medication Aide certification where required
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior experience with geriatric clients preferred
