Registered Nurse - Overnight

The Registered Nurse - Overnight role at Vi Living is located at Vi at Grayhawk, 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. This position supports residents in a senior living community with a focus on long-term care during overnight hours. The role includes assessment and treatment oversight as well as staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatments for assigned residents.
• Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Supervise staff members assigned to the shift.
• Establish relationships with residents, families, and other members of the health care team.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arizona.
• Working knowledge of long-term care.
• Current CPR certification approved by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly preferred.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
