Registered Nurse - Full Time

Vi at Grayhawk, a senior living community operated by Vi Living, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to deliver care to elderly residents at its Scottsdale location. The role is based at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale AZ 85255 and centers on long-term care in a residential setting. The position reports within a structured care team and includes oversight of support staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to assigned residents through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatments.
• Perform quality assurance and performance improvement activities related to resident care.
• Supervise assigned staff members in the delivery of resident services.
• Coordinate with residents, family members, and the broader health care team on care planning and delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Arizona.
• Working knowledge of long-term care practices.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• At least six months of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Experience or continuing education in elderly care preferred.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn required systems.
