Registered Nurse - Overnight

This is an overnight Registered Nurse position at Vi Living's Vi at Grayhawk senior living community, located at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. The role supports residents in a long-term care setting and includes supervision of staff along with coordination with families and the broader care team. The pay range is $35.72 to $44.65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to assigned residents including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatments
• Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement activities
• Supervise staff members assigned to the shift
• Establish and maintain working relationships with residents, family members, and other members of the health care team

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Arizona
• Working knowledge of long-term care
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Current First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification
• Minimum six months of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Experience or continuing education in care of the elderly preferred
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
