• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions delivered by the care team. Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN) Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements
