• Schedule & Shift • Part‑Time: 12 hours per week • Shift: Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM • 12‑hour shifts • Self-scheduling available • Free on-campus parking Benefits Available Day One • Medical, dental, and vision coverage through United Healthcare • Paid time off starting at up to 24 days in your first year, increasing to 34 days with tenure (up to 440 hours rollover) • Paid parental leave • Paid volunteer time • $100 per month employer contribution to a Dependent Care FSA Education & Loan Assistance • $10,000 Scholar Loan Program (LPN to RN) • $20,000 RN Loan Forgiveness • $16,000 RN‑to‑BSN Tuition Assistance • $2,000 per fiscal year Education Assistance Position Details: Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro Part Time (1x12 hour shifts per week) Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Prior hospital or acute‑care nursing experience Specialty certifications Physical Requirements Ability to lift and assist up to 50 pounds Prolonged standing and walking Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and assist patients safely Why Mercy?
