ICU | Emergency Department | Progressive Care/Stepdown Practice at the Highest Level of Nursing Are you an experienced critical care nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex clinical problems, and values variety in your practice? Our team supports the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Progressive Care units, providing highly skilled nursing care to some of the hospitals most acute patients

This is not an entry-level float position This role is designed for experienced nurses who are confident in their clinical judgment, adaptable to changing patient needs, and committed to delivering exceptional care

Qualifications

Required Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas or compact state Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) through the American Heart Association Preferred: 2 years of critical care experience Join a team where your experience is valued, your growth is supported, and every shift offers the chance to make a difference Why Mercy?
