Youll gain broad clinical experience, sharpen your assessment and communication skills, and work with a variety of teams across the hospital Units you may float to include: Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry Stepdown ICU, CVICU Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics and more! Float Pool Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year) Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred) Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Why Mercy?
