Monitor Technician 24 hours per week, Nights Mercy Hospital Jefferson Festus, MO 63028 The Monitoring Technician is responsible for on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma, G.E.D. and/or current Mercy coworker; Monitor tech course completion and/or passing score of 85% on monitor tech competency exam. Other : Basic computer skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential, excellent communication skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure is a must.

Preferred Experience

Experience preferred but not mandatory Preferred Certifications : CRAT certification preferred Why Mercy?
