You may be an excellent fit if you: βœ… Thrive in fast-paced, unpredictable environments βœ… Enjoy critical thinking and clinical decision-making βœ… Stay calm under pressure βœ… Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams βœ… Value teamwork and collaboration βœ… Are excited to learn a new specialty and embrace a growth mindset βœ… Want to make a lasting impact on patients during an important life event What Youll Do As a Labor & Birth RN, you will: Provide exceptional patient-centered care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery Assess, monitor, and respond to changing maternal and fetal conditions Develop and implement individualized plans of care Educate and support patients and families Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams Utilize fetal monitoring, laboratory, and diagnostic data to guide care decisions Participate in bedside handoffs and patient safety initiatives Contribute to quality improvement efforts and evidence-based practice Maintain professional growth through certifications, continuing education, and specialty development Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) Current RN License or eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire) Previous RN experience in an acute care or applicable clinical setting Additional Certifications May Include ACLS NRP S.T.A.B.L.E
