Job Description

Find your calling at Mercy! The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care

The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Position Details

Mercy Perry (Perryville, MO) Shift: Nights *** $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible *** When you’re the House Supervisor, you.

  • Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time. Lead response and coordination during urgent events (codes, rapid response, incidents) and escalate to leaders as needed. Act as a hospital-wide resource, mentor, and problem-solver, supporting teams with clinical judgment and service recovery Minimum Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate from a school of nursing. Preferred Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing Required Experience: Three years of hospital nursing experience.

Preferred Experience

Five years of hospital nursing experience Required Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice. Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS before beginning first shift Preferred Qualifications:
