Position Details

CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) | Mercy FT, Evenings, Call Required $10,000 Sign On Bonus Join Mercys Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team at a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center

Mercys CVOR provides advanced surgical care for adult patients across six operating rooms, including a hybrid OR and a peripheral vascular lab Nurses on this team support both Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery , working alongside highly specialized surgeons performing: Open heart and vascular procedures Minimally invasive surgeries Robotic cardiothoracic procedures Vascular interventions and complex vascular surgeries A unique benefit of this role is Mercys comprehensive training program, where nurses are oriented and trained in both the circulating and scrub roles

Qualifications

Required: Strongly prefer one year of RN experience Nursing degree from an accredited school Current Missouri RN license BLS certification Ideal Candidate Profile OR nurse with experience in a surgical setting Interest in cardiovascular and vascular specialties Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Team-oriented with strong critical thinking and communication skills Interested in expanding skills in both circulating and scrub roles We Offer Great Benefits: Day-one comprehensive health, vision and dental coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement and employer-matched retirement funds are just a few of the great benefits offered to eligible co-workers, including those working 32 hours or more per pay period!
