Education

Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred) Experience: PICU/PEDS RN experience preferred License: Eligible to earn RN licnese in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association 👩‍⚕️ Your Role: As a PICU/Peds Nurse , you will: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care Evaluate and support the care provided by others Uphold patient rights and confidentiality Embrace Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards Must love working with children of all ages and acuity levels 💫 Ready to Make a Difference?
