Position Details

Nurses work 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with rotational weekends Full Time and Part Time available Incentives: New Grad $5,000 Sign-on bonus for nightshift only 1-2 years’ RN experience Sign-on bonus $13,000 for nightshift only 3-4 years’ RN experience Sign-on bonus $15,000 for nightshift only 5 years’ RN experience Sign-on bonus $20,000 for nightshift only Education Assistance: Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only Weekend Differential Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am Weekend Option Days: WEO rates weekend differential Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates weekend differential straight night shift differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications:

Education

Graduate or upcoming Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements

Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical requirements

/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Unit Information: 3D is a Med-surg Telemetry unit which focuses on adult medical patients that require telemetry monitoring.
