Louis ➤ Up to $10,000 NO CONTRACT sign-on incentive for RNs • Health, dental & vision benefits starting day one • 401(k) with employer match starting day one • Shift differentials: days, nights, weekends • Stay Pay Program: $2/hr at 2, 5, 10 & 20 years (up to $8/hr) • Education Support: RN → BSN (up to $16,000) | Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually • PTO begins accruing immediately (including a volunteer day) Qualifications Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school License: Active RN license in Missouri (or compact, if applicable) Certifications: Current BLS (AHA) Why Mercy?
