The RN provides the best clinical practice in an environment of caring and healing while working autonomously in the home Utilizing the nursing process, the RN delivers care in compliance with hospice/home health policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards
The RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice, and coordination of care with other health team members
