Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care across multiple inpatient units Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Adapt quickly to varying unit workflows, patient populations, and acuity levels Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of nursing practice Educate patients and families to support safe care transitions and positive outcomes Minimum Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of practice Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start Minimum 1 year of RN experience Willingness to float across multiple units within St
