<li>Mentor engineers across the team on system design, coding standards, and AI/ML best practices</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to architect distributed systems handling massive scale, with experience navigating ambiguous problem spaces to deliver high-impact solutions</li>

<li>Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders (compliance, operations, customer support) to define requirements and drive adoption of technical platforms</li>

<li>Track record of influencing technical direction across multiple teams and mentoring senior engineers</li>

<li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li>
