<p>As a member of our Data Platform team, you will build the data infrastructure, products, and services that enable teams across the company to make data-driven decisions and ultimately deliver high-quality products to our users.</p>

<p>We believe in tools over processes, automation over operations, metrics over anecdotes, iteration over perfection, and proactive over reactive. You will have the opportunity to own impactful projects end-to-end and solve challenging data and infrastructure problems at scale.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Build and evolve analytical infrastructure that enables teams to easily collect, transform, analyze, and understand data.</li>

<li>Build real-time data infrastructure to support streaming data processing and provide real-time visibility into critical business and system metrics.</li>

<li>Work cross-functionally to build data products used across the company, including by Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and other teams.</li>

<li>Design and implement solutions that ensure data quality, reliability, security, and compliance.</li>

<li>Make informed technical decisions and take end-to-end ownership of the services and applications you build.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>1-3 years of software engineering experience.</li>

<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.</li>

<li>Passion for product quality and building reliable systems that enable teams to move quickly.</li>

<li>Strong interest in cross-functional collaboration and solving problems beyond traditional team boundaries.</li>

<li>Proficiency in Python and Go.</li>

<p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p>

<li>Experience with distributed data systems and technologies such as Spark, Presto/Trino, Hive, or similar technologies.</li>
