Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care/ICU - Full Time

Building Location: 32nd Avenue Building Department: 3013080 ICU - 32ND HOSP Job Description: Essentia Health Fargo is seeking Registered Nurse(s) for our Intermediate Care and ICU Units. This role will work 36 hours per week, rotating 12 hour shifts days/nights with an every 3rd weekend and every holiday rotation.

Education Qualifications

Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions

Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies

Licensure/Certification Qualifications: 1 year of IMC/ICU Experience Preferred BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year RN Hiring Incentive Eligible Position: Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN) *** Essentia Health is an integrated health system serving patients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota
