Assess patients, identify clinical priorities, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Deliver age- and developmentally appropriate care while addressing each patient’s physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and environmental needs. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, effective patient care. Lead and support other assigned team members while promoting teamwork and a healthy work environment. Recognize changes in patient condition and initiate timely interventions to improve outcomes. Provide patient and family education, health promotion, and emotional support. Maintain a safe, therapeutic, healing environment while protecting patient privacy and dignity. Practice with accountability, autonomy, professional judgment, and strong critical-thinking skills. Participate in shared governance, peer review, professional development, and initiatives that promote clinical excellence. Apply care management principles to support the efficient delivery of high-quality patient care. Additional Job Description What You’ll Need Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Licensure & Certifications Current South Carolina or compact-state Registered Nurse license required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred. Ready to Make an Impact?
