Develops and sets goals at the process, job, and interface level to ensure optimal patient care meets overall organizational goals. Ensures proper standards are followed for nursing practice and provides an interface between the support services and clinical services. Convey complex information, listen actively to staff concerns, relay information back to the management, working with management to facilitate learning and growth. Have patience and empathy with our new or newly graduated staff. Mentor clinical staff, guiding them in clinical skills and professional development. Additional Job Description Education : Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing. Bachelors degree (BSN) preferred. License/Certification: Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
