We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home patient care near Hunters Point, AZ .

In this role

, you will deliver high-quality nursing services in accordance with an individualized plan of care established by the patient’s physician.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , with care provided in the patient’s home. The patient currently requires 8 hours of nursing care per month , offering a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through personalized, one-on-one care.

Unlike many short-term assignments, patients enrolled in our program may remain eligible indefinitely, allowing nurses to build long-term, trusted relationships and provide continuity of care over the years.

As a Home Health Nurse, you will serve as an advocate for your patient while working closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Case Managers, and physicians , to support the patient’s health, safety, and overall well-being.
