Job Summary

  • 7pm -7am - 2 - 3 nights a week $5,000 Sign On Bonus Salary Range: $38.71 -$67.87. Pay is based on experience Summary Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients, making clinical decisions regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  • Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Qualifications

Education Associates Degree Nursing required or Bachelors Degree Nursing preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS (AHA)] - American Heart Association (AHA) preferred Neonatal Resuscitation Certification [NRP] - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification [PALS] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred Experience Clinical nursing experience 1 or more years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment. - Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Excellent verbal and communication skills. - Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients
