Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria

Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines 2026 Cohorts Units Offered: New graduate RN full-time positions may be offered on the following units (availability fluctuates for each start date based on campus needs): Medical/Surgical Specialty PCUs Critical Care* Emergency Department* *Availability subject to change

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Associates of Nursing from accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Must have less than one (1) year of experience Must be graduating in the next year or have graduated within the past three years Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to licensure deadline) Current BLS from the American Heart Association

Professional Resume Pay Range: $31.53 – $52.24 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening , including fingerprinting, as required by state law
