What You’ll Do: The Best Fit Program is innovatively designed to provide newly licensed Registered Nurses in-depth experiences on three different specialty units at St
Lukes Medical Center Applicants will work in a cohort for collaboration and support throughout the program The program participation starts and progresses over three months of orientation to the RN role
In collaboration with the BFO Program Manager, three specialty units will be selected for the unit rotations Through a Realistic Job Preview of each units culture, the candidate will determine and choose which unit best fits their career goal for longevity
