MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED License/Registration/Certification Required : Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA)
Active DEA registration prior to hire Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire Education Required : Master’s Degree in Nursing Experience Required : No experience required
