Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 About the Unit: 5 North is a 26-bed General Surgery specialty unit We are a Med-Surg Unit with heavy surgical volume We specialize in: Elective bariatricweigh loss surgery - these are typically our happiest and easiest patients

They go to the OR and are expected to be up and ambulating on post op Day 0 Generalsurgery - appendectomies, cholecystectomies, small bowel obstruction, etc. Foot and ankle ortho - total ankle replacements and infected foot wounds, BKAs etc. Urology surgery

A Nurse on our Unit will gain experience in drains of all kinds, wound vacs, central lines, NGT, DHT, and all surgical things! Atrium Health Mercy , a 196-bed facility of Carolinas Medical Center, is one of two Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) locations and is 1.3 miles from CMC
