Pay Range: $99.75 - $159.60 Aurora Medical Center Summit is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative anesthesia team serving patients in Oconomowoc and the surrounding southeastern Wisconsin region . Position Highlights $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive compensation range: $121-$159/hour No call responsibilities, no weekends, and no holiday coverage required 5 x 8-hour shift schedule Rotation through two ambulatory surgery center locations ACT Practice Model Guaranteed additional shift opportunities with premiums of $75-$100/hour above base rate 30 days PTO with additional accrual based on years of service 40 CME hours annually $2,250 CME allowance Responsibilities Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Administer anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings. Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative period. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff. Participate in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Support Advocate Healths commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED License/Registration/Certification Required: ​ Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA). Active DEA registration prior to hire Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire Education Required: ​ ​Master’s Degree in Nursing Experience Required: No experience required. Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Demonstrated high level of clinical proficiency, and excellent decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technology and proficiency with the electronic medical record. Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with others. Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
