• Department: 35005 High Point Medical Center - Nursing: Labor and Delivery Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Night Shift (1900-0700) Four weekend shifts in a 6-week period 36 hours per week (3-12 hour shifts) Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery High Point, NC Labor and Delivery – High Point Medical Center Our Labor and Delivery team provides compassionate, patient- and family-centered care throughout the childbirth journey. Nurses collaborate closely with OB providers and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on safety, education, and individualized care. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive, empowering birth experience for every family. We’re Looking For Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific based on practice location) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience Additional certifications or experience may be required based on specialty Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) What You’ll Do Deliver safe, patient-centered maternal care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices—monitoring conditions and adjusting care to achieve optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams while promoting safety, quality, and accountability—maintaining documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and engaging in ongoing professional development and flexible patient care support.
