AH Navicent Trauma Services is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Process Improvement Program for its high-volume trauma department This RN Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the clinical trauma process improvement program, ensure ongoing compliance with American College of Surgeons (ACS) regulatory standards, and support continued trauma verification
The role is responsible for achieving outcomes aligned with the organization’s mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives while maintaining professional competency in trauma clinical care, promoting a safe environment, and performing all job responsibilities safely
Ideal candidates will bring emergency department and leadership experience, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with physicians, hospital staff, and administrative teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented candidates with a strong passion for trauma services are strongly preferred.
