Responsible to implement the nursing process within Sanford and the continuum of care The nursing process is utilized to assess, diagnose, establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems
This practice includes dependent, interdependent and independent functions Responsible to triage all employee injures to assess the need for initial and ongoing medical treatment and coordinate the return to work process
Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.
