In collaboration with the Marie Yeager Cancer Center-our regional hub for oncology services- our Oncology Certified RNs provide advanced, compassionate care to those receiving inpatient chemotherapy

Scope of Work The Registered Nurse (RN) at Corewell Health South practices within the American Nurses Association (ANA) scope of practice, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, patient- and family- centered care
Through comprehensive assessment, planning , implementation, evaluation, and discharge coordination, the RN ensures that care is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient and their families
By actively partnering with patients and families, the RN integrates their input into the plan of care and develops personalized teaching strategies to support education, empowerment, and optimal health outcomes
This collaborative approach fosters trust, enhances patient satisfaction, and promotes holistic healing across the continuum of care.
Required Associates in Nursing Bachelors in Nursing within 5 years Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination
