Supports operational improvement projects throughout the organization including both clinical and non-clinical areas to accomplish measurable business process improvements
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing processes and helps to develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable clinical and business process improvements
Collects and analyzes process and quality data to initiate, develop, and recommend operational practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost
Maintains accountability for the integrity and functioning of databases Will collect, enter and analyze data in a secure and confidential manner within the constructs of the specialty program
Provides support of the program through the monitoring and analyzing of data as well as presentation of finding to key stakeholders.
Required Associates Degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field 2 years of Nursing experience LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan upon hire Preferred Bachelors Degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies 1 year of experience with chart review, relevant clinical experience and/or Quality Improvement experience 1 year of experience with participation on improvement initiatives CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list - Institute for Healthcare improvement (IHI), IHI Open School About Corewell Health As a team member at Corewell Health, you will play an essential role in delivering personalized health care to our patients, members and our communities
